An interaction shows the engagement activity of each individual who has received a Template. An interaction will show:
Recipient information
Template details
Activity events: time and date of key events for the communication, i.e. email was sent, SMS was sent, communication link was clicked, the poster was viewed, feedback was given
Sharing: who can view and edit the interaction detail
In the interaction screen you can also:
Cancel the communication link for this individual. The person will not be able to access the link when cancelled
Resend the communication
