You must ensure your profile is complete by adding your mobile number and profile photo.
When you log in for the first time, you will see a Profile Update card on your dashboard. This will guide you through the necessary steps to set up your profile and will remain on your dashboard until you've finished the tasks.
Phone number. Edit your contact details and add a phone number (mobile or landline).
Profile picture.
To maintain your profile, navigate to the Profile menu from the Admin dropdown list (your name in upper right hand corner) and update your account details.
