Every recipient has information associated to them which includes their contact details, internal/employee information, subscription and notes.
A recipients contact information includes their name, email address and mobile number. Additionally you can add other attributes such as Country, Location and Department. This information will help to segment your recipients when sending communications.
A flag for each type of delivery method (Email, SMS, Mobile App) is shown at the recipient level which states their subscription status for each individual method. Each flag is colored and labeled.
The flags for Email and SMS are:
Green - Subscribed
Red - Unsubscribed
Grey - Not Applicable i.e. Does not have a mobile number associated to the Recipient
The flags for Mobile App are:
Green - Logged In
Grey - Logged Out
Red - Not Registered
