Additional settings are available to determine other design attributes. Use the Survey Settings button on the navigation panel.
Show User Response - This will allow the user to view the questions and answers they have submitted. By default, this option is off and only the end of survey message is shown.
Anonymous Response - This will anonymize all recipient data
End of Survey Message - Create a message that is shown to recipients upon submit
Submit Message - Ability to style the submit button
