This is the message that is shown to users when they tick the submit button. The submit button is automatically placed after the last question.

Tick the Survey Settings button on the navigation panel

Create your message and design the page
By default, when a recipient submits their answers (ticks on the submit button), the end of survey message will render as a new section and hide all questions. Alternatively, you can show the questions and answers upon submit.
