While you monitor your campaigns engagement, easily view your campaigns non-engaged recipients.
Tick on the View button
Select View All Recipients - This will show all recipients
Select View Non-Engaged Recipients - This will show all recipients that have not viewed the communication
This will help to make any required changes to the delivery method or content. Use the resend feature for the newly updated edits to be used.
