To prompt your recipients to install the App you can send them a welcome email from the platform. The email is pre-defined and has all the relevant information your recipient requires to install the app.
Navigate to Recipients
Select the Recipient/s Name
Select the Mobile Icon
Select Send
The Recipient/s will receive an email with instructions to download the app. Once they register and login they can begin to view any communications sent to them via the mobile app.
