Communications can be sent via email, sms and to the mobile app. Mobile app users have the ability to select their communication preferences from the mobile app.
Navigate to Profile> Settings> Communication Settings
Toggle On or Off Email and SMS
Any method that has been turned off will act as an unsubscribe status for the recipient
To Note
If Email is toggled off, transactional emails will still be sent, i.e. Forgot Password
If any delivery method configuration is turned off, the setting preference will not be shown
