Communication Preferences

Communications can be sent via email, sms and to the mobile app. Mobile app users have the ability to select their communication preferences from the mobile app.

  • Navigate to Profile> Settings> Communication Settings

  • Toggle On or Off Email and SMS

Any method that has been turned off will act as an unsubscribe status for the recipient

To Note

  • If Email is toggled off, transactional emails will still be sent, i.e. Forgot Password

  • If any delivery method configuration is turned off, the setting preference will not be shown
