All broadcasts require a Type to be selected when creating. A type consists of a title (label) associated to an emoji, the emoji is used in the email subject and mobile notification. This is used to help determine the difference between campaigns and broadcasts, and to give broadcasts a sense or urgency for recipients to read.
By default we offer three broadcast types, the titles are editable. Additionally you can create new broadcast types:
Navigate to the Admin menu
Select Broadcast Types
Tick the Plus icon
Select an emoji from the drop down list
Add a Title
Tick the Default flag for a specific type to be applied by default when creating notices
Save
To Edit a Type:
Tick on the ellipsis on the right hand side
Make any required edits
Save
