New feature: export segmented analytics

There is now a new option for exporting segmented analytics data on sent campaigns. The supported segments are “Role Title”, “Department”, “Location” and “Organization”.

Under Analytics > Export, there is a “Download” button at the bottom of the page. When clicked, this button displays two options: “Download List (CSV)” and “Download Segmented (Excel)”. The latter option produces an Excel spreadsheet with tabs for 4 segments: “Role Title”, “Department”, “Location” and “Organization”.

Each spreadsheet tab lists the unique values for that particular segment (e.g. on the “Role Title” tab, all the different role titles for the recipients in that campaign are shown). For each unique segment value there is an “Employee Count” (how many recipients in the campaign have this value), a “Unique Views” value (how many of the recipients with his value have viewed the campaign), and an “Engagement” value (a percentage of how many recipients have viewed).

“Shared” Template view improvements

The “shared” filter on the Templates listing page. Previously - for super users - this filter would return all accessible templates, as well as those that had been explicitly shared with the current user. This has been changed to only return templates that have been explicitly shared with the current user, via a template’s permission settings.

Dashboard improvements

There have been several small improvements to the dashboard, including:

  • Increased readability of title: on modern browsers, when hovering over a dashboard card, two lines of text will appear for the title instead of just one

  • Make owner more visible: the avatar of the campaign or template owner will appear on the card, to help make scanning easier

  • Changed ordering of sent campaigns: the sent campaigns were previously ordered by last modified date, but are now ordered by send date

  • Added “My Templates” and “Shared Templates”
