Communic8

In this Release, the focus has been on developing a significant feature to the Communic8 platform. This feature opens up the two-way communication model, by allowing Recipients to add Comments to a thread at the end of a Campaign.

We are excited to announce the launch of this feature today, and already have further development underway to build on this for our upcoming releases.

Ability to post Comments on a Campaign Users will now have the ability to allow Recipients to post live comments on a campaign, either publicly or privately. The Campaign Team can moderate by removing any Recipient comments. Comments are enabled at the Campaign creation stage, by editing the Content Details. Here, users have the option to enable Private and/or Public comments. There is an exception here is for Anonymous Surveys, where comments will be disabled to continue to protect Recipients anonymity. For instances with Mobile App-enabled, the Comments feature is also supported here for Recipients.
