Reply to Comments
Recipients will now be able to reply directly to other recipients who have left Comments on a Campaign. At this stage, replies can go 1-level deep with unlimited replies on a thread.

Comments Notifications for App Users
Recipients will now receive app-notifications each time a reply is left on their comment. The notification will take them directly to the reply thread.

Bulk Add Recipients
Admin Users with Recipient permissions will be able to use a new ‘Bulk Add’ method for quickly adding Recipients. This method would be ideal for adding small groups of Recipients at a time within the Console.

Campaign Details Interface
The Campaign Details interface has been improved for better user experience, where the Preview and Edit Content buttons have been moved to the top of the Content box. We are continuing to develop and improve this interface, so keep an eye out for future updates.

Sent Campaign Edit Interface
The ‘Actions’ drop-down has been added to the top right-hand side of the Edit interface on Sent Campaigns for improved user experience.

Campaign Behaviour Analytics Calendar
A ‘Start of Go Live’ button has been added to the Calendar view within the Campaign Behaviour Analytics interface. This will enable users to easily access the beginning of analytics for a Campaign.

Survey Overview Analytics
The data for surveys have been improved with the addition of a ‘Not Started’ count in the Survey Overview interface.

Managing Group Users
Admin users with User Group permissions will be able to manage group users easier, with an improved interface.
