Notification email when a comment has been assigned to you
When a team member assigns a comment to another team member of the campaign, the user will receive an email notification that links to the comment in the console.Ability to Pin comments
Campaign team members will now be able to pin important comments from within the console, these comments will be pinned to the top of a comment thread within a campaign for all recipients.Ability to use preferred name data
Admin users will now be able to use the preferred name data in the recipient information. Import templates have now been updated to include a field for ‘preferredName,’ which will be detected when sending campaigns etc. to recipients with this data.
Dashboard Improvements
Simplified Dashboard
Further improvements have been made to the main interface of the Dashboard. Users will now see the first row of the dashboard as “Last Visited,” displaying their most recently accessed campaigns and templates.Avatar with initials
Newly created users will now receive a system-generated avatar using their initials. As profile images are no longer mandatory for sending campaigns, this improvement helps to visually identify console users.Campaign error notices
Improvements have been made to the campaign notices when users are setting up a campaign. The notices are clearer for users to understand and are actionable with a button in the UI that guides users to resolve the notice.
