Categories are assigned to Templates. They are used to easily classify the type of communication the Template is. Only a System Administrator can create Categories. 

  • Navigate to the Admin Menu and select Categories
  • Tick the Plus icon
  • Add a Category Text and Color
    • The Color will be applied as the background color of the category, which is visible in the mobile app. i.e. The color for category "HR" is orange in the below image
  • Tick Create
  • You can now associate these categories to your Templates
