The appended feedback section allows recipients to comment back on the communication they received. This is added to all new templates created and is shown as the last section part of your content. A separate tab on the campaign page will be added to easily view any comments sent by recipients. 



If you prefer you can remove this appended section back:

  • Navigate to editor
  • Tick on the Style button (on the navigation panel)
  • Open the Page panel
  • Tick on the Hide Contact Section


  • The feedback tab will be removed from your content



Additionally, you can add a feedback question type using the survey builder:

  • Navigate to the editor
  • Tick Add Content
  • Select Feedback from the Survey tab
  • Edit the question if need be and style the page
